By purchasing a voice tag through our service, you agree that you are the owner or authorized purchaser for the PayPal or credit / debit card that you are using to make a purchase on this site. (voicetaglab.com)

By continuing to purchase on this site, you agree that you are aware of the delivery information that is provided on this website. You are aware of the following:

Standard orders turnaround may take up to 96 hours AFTER purchase. Once the tag(s) has been emailed, they are yours to keep. You will receive your voice tag in .WAV format. An MP3 format can be provided also upon request. The delivery turnaround CAN VARY depending on how many orders your vocalist has at that moment of purchase.

Premium orders turnaround may take up to 48 hours AFTER purchase. When placing a Premium order you will receive your voice tag the next day after purchase. Voice tags are ONLY refundable BEFORE the voice tag has been sent to your email. Once the tag(s) has been emailed, they are yours to keep. You will receive your voice tag in .WAV format. An MP3 format can be provided also upon request.

Deluxe orders turnaround may take up to 24 hours AFTER purchase. When placing a deluxe same day order you will receive your voice tag the same business day of purchase. Voice tags are ONLY refundable BEFORE the voice tag has been sent to your email. Once the tag(s) has been emailed, they are yours to keep. You will receive your voice tag in .WAV format. An MP3 format can be provided also upon request.

After your voice tag order has been completed, you will receive your order via. email.

Voice Tag Delivery Schedule:

As part of our weekly schedule you are aware that we do not send out voice tag orders on Sundays. If the vocalists of Voice Tag Lab decides to send out orders on Sunday, then that is out of their own personal decisions, not Voice Tag Lab.

You agree that the first day for turn around time of purchase will start the next following day after the actual purchase. Not the day of. This applies to all voice tag orders except deluxe and premium orders.

Voice Tag Lab time zone is (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (New York, Miami).

REFUNDS / LATE ORDERS:

You agree that orders can be refunded to you anytime before the order has been sent to you. After an order has been completed and emailed to you, you agree that you are aware that you cannot be refunded of your purchase.

If a vocalist is late on their turn around for a standard order, you are allowed a full 100% refund or a $17.50 partial refund if you wish to still have your voice tag completed.

If a vocalist is late on their turn around for a premium order, you are allowed a full 100% refund or a $10.00 partial refund if you wish to still have your voice tag completed. You understand that the partial refund is a small difference given back to you from a premium to standard order.

If a vocalist is late on their turn around for a deluxe order, you are allowed a full 100% refund or a $5.00 partial refund, if you wish to still have your voice tag completed. You understand that the partial refund is a small difference given back to you from a deluxe to premium order.

You will have to re-order a new voice tag from another vocalist if you want to change vocalist. Each vocalist here at Voice Tag Lab currently make their own commission of sales. So changing vocalist will not count as part of a revision. You can only get a revision from the current vocalist you started with.

Revisions:

As for our revision request policy, you are aware and agree to the following:

You are aware that revision turn around can take up to 7 days. You understand that revision turn around may not always be accurate. You are aware that the turnaround time varies on current number of orders your current vocalist may have that moment of request. You will be respectful to vocalists. Revision request can be denied if customer becomes rude to vocalist.

Mispronunciations do not count as a revision. That one is on the house! You know that it's not your fault if we don't say your name correctly.

You know you cannot change any word, your name, or phrase after 1st tag has been sent to you. That counts as a new voice tag. If you wish to do so,

you must place a new order.

You have 14 days after your voice tag order has been sent to you to request a revision. After your 14 day period, your revision request will be denied.

You are fully aware that a revision DOES NOT guarantee satisfaction. A revision for your recently ordered voice tag is just allowing Voice Tag Lab to give another shot at trying to make you happy with your order. If you are still not happy with your revision, then all we can do is apologize for not being able to satisfy you with your order. You are aware and agree that an unsatisfied revision does not qualify you a refund. Once you place a voice tag order with Voice Tag Lab and you have received & downloaded your order, you may not have a refund. Refunds are only allowed if you have not received and downloaded your intangible files.

Voice Tag Rights:

VTG has 0% rights over your voice tags. Voice tags are NOT copyrightable because alone they do not meet the minimally creative standard needed for copyright protection. To protect your voice tags, you are aware that you will have to register them as trademarks.

Apparel / Merchandise:

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, feel free to return it. You have 30 days from when the item was ordered to make a return in its original condition. Just email us your details and let us know why you'd like to return your order. Voice Tag Lab will work with you on a solution which may involve a replacement order or a refund back to your original payment method.
